The first parliamentary meeting of the new year is scheduled to be held today (09).Accordingly, it has been decided in the Committee on Parliamentary Affairs, which was chaired by the Speaker, that the Parliament will meet from today (09) to the 12th.
Today (09) 09.30 am to 10.30 am has been reserved for questions that require oral answers.
From 10.30 am to 5.00 pm Office for National Unity and Reconciliation Bill (Second Reading), National Hydrology Bill (Second Reading), Orders in Gazette No. 2355/30 under the Colombo Port City Economic Commission Act and Sri Lanka Investments It is further stated that the orders published in the Extraordinary Gazette No. 2334/39 under the Board Act are to be debated.
